Preferred Qualifications * Guidewire ACE certifications. * Experience with Guidewire Cloud upgrades. * Familiarity with Guidewire Digital portals or DataHub/InfoCenter. * Insurance domain expertise across P&C lines. * Experience with reinsurance, policy administration, or claims modernization programs. ## Description This role is part of Bright Vision Technologies' in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. The client, end customer, and employer for this position is Bright Vision Technologies - there is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved. Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience., We are seeking a Guidewire Technical Developer to deliver configuration, integration, and customization across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite - PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter - and Guidewire Cloud. The role focuses on hands-on Gosu development, integration design, product model configuration, and Guidewire Cloud upgrades, working closely with business analysts and SMEs to ship reliable insurance-platform features. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Guidewire work in production for insurance carriers and understands the trade-offs that come with deep platform customization. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners - product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
