## About the Role

7-10 years of experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments within refined fuels or related industrial domains.

Primary Technical Skills (Mandatory)

 * TMS (Terminal Management System) - TMS6 / TMS7 support and troubleshooting

 * Linux / Red Hat - command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management

 * MySQL - basic queries, transaction and data validation

 * OT integrations & transaction flow knowledge - Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman

 * Ability to troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment

Secondary ITSM / Operational Skills

 * Incident Management - issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution

 * P1 / P2 Incident Handling - experience in participating critical incidents and participating in bridge calls

 * Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions

 * Vendor Escalations - coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking

 * Experience working within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure)
