## About the Role

· 5+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and contributions to design systems.

· 4+ years of experience with Figma, including advanced prototyping and component libraries.

· 3+ years designing enterprise digital products, ideally in FinTech or other data-intensive industries (healthcare experience not required).

· Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.

· Ability to think through processes and design for complex workflows.

Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across disciplines. - UX Design/ Graphic Design Degree

 * Ability to show a well curated and designed Portfolio with Research specific work
 * Experience working within Branding
 * Experience with Animation or micro animations
 * Experience working within a Custom Design System
 * Quantitative analytics experience

This team is driven by a passion for improving colleague experiences and empowering professionals through intuitive, scalable design.

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for a variety of colleague-facing web applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and subject matter experts to understand user needs, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
