## About the Role

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in any engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, industrial).

 + Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Grok, or equivalent, demonstrating practical application.

 + Ability to write and interpret Python or other scripting languages, with a focus on automation and scripting in engineering contexts.

 + Strong problem-solving mindset, with an instinct to explore unfamiliar tools or platforms independently.

 + Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly and effectively.

## Description

+ Research, prototype, and deliver AI-assisted solutions for engineering tasks across mechanical design, PCB/EE, simulation, documentation, and manufacturing.

 + Build and maintain Claude skills, Claude Code workflows, and multi-step LLM pipelines using leading AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others.

 + Write and debug scripts to automate software platforms like SolidWorks, CREO, Maple, Cadence Allegro, Ansys, and similar engineering tools.

 + Evaluate new AI tools, models, and APIs as they are released, assessing their potential for engineering applications.

 + Translate vague engineering needs into concrete AI-powered prototypes and document workflows clearly for team collaboration.
