 + Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product,and the ability to learn MRC specific software.

 + Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.

 + Demonstrate excellent customer service.

 + 50% travelrequired.

 + Must have a current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times.

## Description

Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.

Responsibilities

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

 + Manageand coordinateall aspects of customer implementation projects.

 + Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.

 + Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.

 + Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.

 + Follow upon project task assignments to ensure that activities are completedon time.

 + Monitor performance of project post-implementation.

 + Perform other duties and/orprojectsassigned.
