S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process. ## Description This role is a hybrid position responsible for managing multiple projects while also leading Agile delivery practices and Scrum ceremonies. This position is best suited for a pragmatic, delivery-focused professional who can balance structured project management rigor with adaptable Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments., * Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, and risk management. * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities. * Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership. * Provide status reporting and communicate project progress to stakeholders. * Manage project budgets, forecasting, and resource planning. Agile / Scrum Leadership * Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams. * Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews/Demos Retrospectives * Support backlog management in partnership with Product Owners. * Track and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments through resolution. * Capture and analyze team metrics (velocity, burndown, team health). * Maintain Scrum artifacts and ensure overall process quality. * Promote continuous improvement through retrospective actions.
