Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 3+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.

 * Deep understanding of:
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Active Directory / Azure AD
 * Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
 * Networking (SonicWall, Meraki, or Unifi)
 * Endpoint protection, RMM, and backup tools
 * Strong communication and documentation skills.
 * A proactive, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 * Passionate about technology, growth, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Bonus Points For

 * Experience with Intune, DR, Third Party Multi-Factor Authentication, VPN, or Spam filter.
 * Cybersecurity background (HIPAA, NIST, or ISO 27001 frameworks).
 * PowerShell or scripting automation experience.
 * Leadership or project management experience within an MSP.

## Description

* Support, manage, and optimize client IT environments across Windows, M365, Azure AD, and network infrastructure.
 * Lead system migrations, cloud integrations, and project rollouts with precision.
 * Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and mentor junior technicians when needed.
 * Utilize and improve our MSP tool stack
 * Maintain documentation, diagrams, and SOPs for all systems and deployments.
 * Collaborate directly with leadership to implement automation and drive operational excellence.
 * Participate in on-call rotation for escalations when required.
