We are seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring that project goals are met, aligned with business objectives, and delivered on time., * Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring that all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.

 * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective coordination across all team members.
 * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
 * Liaise with senior management to ensure project alignment and communication.
 * Gather and analyze project requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
 * Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are well-defined.
 * Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
 * Monitor and evaluate the team's performance and provide feedback as necessary.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the course of the project.
 * Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
 * Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
