Experience: 2 or more years of experience in systems analysis, application support, software development support, or a related technical role. Experience with .NET applications and web/client-server applications, as well as experience supporting insurance systems or business applications, preferred. Experience with SQL Server required. Skills/Knowledge: * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Understanding of relational databases, system integrations, and application support concepts. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. * Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). * Ability to support testing, deployments, and project delivery activities. * Knowledge of automobile insurance policy processing preferred. * Mathematics background a plus. Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,800 / $77,500 - $123,700 / $84,500 - $134,900 Annual.
