* Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
 * Analyze data and reporting results to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
 * Gather requirements and partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
 * Create and maintain database queries, data models, and reporting processes
 * Develop automated reporting solutions and improve existing reports and workflows
 * Present findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership
 * Train users on reporting tools, analytics processes, and data interpretation
 * Support ad hoc reporting, operational analysis, and business intelligence initiatives
