## Description

* Answer 40-100 inbound calls from Russell Cellular employees in the field daily
 * Use tools, resources, and training to resolve issues
 * Bring an attitude of service with a passion for helping people
 * Utilize a multitude of computer systems: MS Office, Email, as well as Russell Cellular and Verizon's internal POS/Sales systems
 * Participate in various other company and team initiatives during downtime
 * Advance communication capability - ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously such as live calls, chats, or emails.
 * Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
 * Availability to work flexible hours between 8:00A.M. - 10:00 P.M. Monday- Saturday and Sunday between 9:00A.M. - 7:00P.M. (A weekend day is required)
 * Professional appearance to meet company dress code standards
