## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED

 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to explain technical concepts to users of varying technical skill levels
 * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft 365 administration experience
 * Experience with networking, wireless systems, or cybersecurity tools
 * Familiarity with UniFi networking products
 * Experience supporting public-sector, educational, or nonprofit organizations
 * Experience supporting Apple or Linux systems

## Description

* Support and maintain district technology infrastructure including computers, servers, networking equipment, and related systems
 * Administer Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and user accounts
 * Support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and cabling
 * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade technology equipment and systems
 * Provide responsive support to staff and patrons
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, login, and network issues
 * Support cybersecurity initiatives and security best practices
 * Help manage UniFi networking and security systems
 * Participate in security reviews and technology improvement efforts
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
 * Assist with staff training and technology onboarding
 * Develop practical support resources and user guides
