This Tier 1 role partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather business and functional requirements, translate them into system workflows, and support solution delivery with the existing solutions stack. The analyst develops a strong understanding of IHS operations and workflows to assist in troubleshooting issues, coordinating testing activities, and supporting deployments to the production environment, ensuring solutions meet business needs and maintain system integrity. What You'll Do * Apply Lean principles to support continuous improvement of clinical applications, workflows, and end-user experience. * Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of clinical application solutions under the guidance of IT Clinical leadership and Solution SMEs. * Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements; translate them into system workflows and configuration updates. * Support deployment activities, including change documentation, release coordination, and post-production validation. * Partner with RIS/PACS Administrators, Solutions Analysts, and Engineers, and external vendors to support system functionality, integrations, and operational efficiency. * Provide end-user technical support.
