## Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.

 * Guide and mentor development team members.
 * Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Design and consume RESTful APIs.
 * Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
 * Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
 * Support Agile/Scrum development processes.
