* Lead the development and management of organizational analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
 * Translate operational, clinical, and financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
 * Oversee data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics infrastructure.
 * Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
 * Identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
 * Collaborate with clinical, finance, HR, and operations teams to standardize data and reporting.
 * Lead the development of predictive and performance analytics to support operational and financial forecasting.
 * Identify data trends, risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
 * Oversee the design and automation of recurring reports for executive leadership and facility teams.
 * Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement and enhance analytics platforms, data systems, and reporting tools.
 * Establish standardized metrics and KPIs to measure performance across facilities and departments.
