Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementation experience. ## Description This role leads the technical direction and team execution for the client's enterprise workflow platform initiative, serving as a hands-on technical leader who partners with product and engineering stakeholders to drive quality delivery and long-term platform growth., Partner with the Product Manager to align technical execution with business goals and ensure successful product delivery across the vendor domain. Anchor technical integrity by leading architectural decisions, enforcing code quality standards, and guiding engineering best practices in close collaboration with the Data and Solutions Architect. Own end-to-end technical delivery including day-to-day execution, story breakdown, complexity assessment, and removal of technical blockers. Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, custom portals, and integration/API components. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and collaborate with cross-functional technical stakeholders on integration requirements, identity access management, and RBAC. Perform code reviews, support UAT testing plans, drive continuous integration practices, and oversee technical documentation in Confluence.
