Preferred / Nice-to-Have * Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes). * Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform). * Event-driven architectures (Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs). * Observability and monitoring (Application Insights, Azure Monitor). * Security best practices in cloud environments (identity, secrets management, least privilege). * Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) a plus. * Frontend experience (React/Angular) a plus. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership for teams building and operating cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using the .NET stack. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving architecture, code quality, delivery excellence, and DevOps maturity while partnering closely with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to execute on the roadmap., * Act as the technical lead for one or more delivery teams, owning solution design and technical direction. * Design, build, and evolve cloud-native applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+/Core). * Define and enforce architectural standards, coding standards, and best practices. * Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making. * Architect and implement Azure-based solutions (App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, SQL). * Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; promote DevOps and automation best practices. * Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans. * Ensure non-functional requirements are met (performance, reliability, security, observability, scalability). * Lead technical troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root cause analysis. * Mentor senior and mid-level engineers; raise the technical bar across the team. * Drive technical debt management and modernization initiatives., * Clear, scalable architecture with high engineering standards. * Predictable delivery of high-quality features and platforms. * Improved CI/CD maturity and reduced deployment friction. * Reduced operational incidents and faster mean time to recovery (MTTR). * Strong technical growth and mentorship across the team.
