You live and breathe cloud services that require high availability and fast, consistent performance. You bias all decisions towards consistent and trustworthy customer experiences, and you look to do things fast, reliably, and with scaling in mind. You operate in an AI-first engineering environment, where you leverage advanced AI systems to inform design decisions, accelerate development, and improve system reliability. You are expected to drive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams, ensuring scalable and efficient development workflows. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure we build the right solution for our customers, while also mentoring engineers in system design, user experience development and AI-first development practices. What You'll Do, * Lead engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI-driven insights and system modelling * Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of AI-generated code and patterns * Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices * Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization * Work across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions * Improve engineering processes by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution * Build services that adhere to high standards of availability and latency in a mission-critical environment * Leverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency, We collect personal information from applicants to evaluate candidates for employment.
