## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Windows and macOS administration.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
 * Experience with macOS administration and Apple ecosystem management.
 * Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, SCCM/MECM, or other endpoint management tools.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, security best practices, and endpoint protection.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
 * Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
 * Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, Jamf Certified, Apple Certifications, or CompTIA certifications.
