About the Role: This role will support the operations readiness team and provide operational input into the project design for both the Floating Production System (FPS) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel. The role will interface across all project teams through construction, commissioning, and hook-up phases to ultimately lead the start-up and steady state operations of the Trion field. Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead the technical review for the operations readiness team on the FPU, FSO, and SURF systems. Diagnose operability in design and provide recommendations to the project team as needed. * Lead the operations start-up assurance which includes handover assurance from commissioning, pre-start-up safety reviews, and ultimately leading to start-up engineering support for operations. * Collaborate cross-functionally in the development of operating procedures and transfer of enduring risks from the project to operate phase * Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve overall production and uptime goals for the Trion project upon start-up.
