## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Sales automation technologies?, * 2-5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Advanced Administrator Certification.
 * Platform App Builder Certification.
 * Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations.
 * Experience supporting sales organizations.

## Description

A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales, marketing, service, and operational teams. The role is typically a blend of system administration, business analysis, reporting, user support, and process automation.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.

 * Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
 * Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
 * Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
 * Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
 * Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
 * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
 * Manage integrations with third-party applications.
 * Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.
 * Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
