In this role, you are responsible for delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. * Manage small projects with reporting on project progress on a weekly basis. Mentor others at different levels. * Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. * Participate in the design of information and operations support systems. * Perform root cause analysis for production errors, liaise with vendors, other IT personnel and business users for problem resolution. * Lead or participate in efforts to create standards to be followed.
