Landing Gear Technologies is not able to sponsor employment visas at this time., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field. * 0-2 years of experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, or relevant hands-on experience are highly valued. * Strong interest in pursuing a career within the aerospace and aviation maintenance industry. * Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and mechanical systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Experience with ERP systems, Bills of Material (BOMs), process routing concepts, or engineering documentation through coursework, internships, or previous experience is a plus. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively with engineering staff, technicians, inspectors, and other cross-functional teams. * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced MRO environment. ## Description The Junior Engineering Associate reports to the Engineering Manager and provides support to the Engineering Department by assisting with technical projects, process improvement initiatives, and engineering documentation related to the overhaul and repair of aircraft landing gear components.
