## About the Role

Do you have experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials?, * 15 years or more of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax and SLA

 * Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets and Projects
 * Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
 * Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions
 * Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
 * Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project Finance

 * Minimum of 3 project full life cycles
 * Oracle Cloud Certifications
 * Willingness to travel weekly as needed

## Description

The Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions., * Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud

 * Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
 * Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
 * Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
 * Be an active member within company's Oracle technology communities
