Reporting directly to the Global Controller, this role will shape North America and Global footprint. This role owns the design, governance, maintenance and continuous improvement of financial systems, chart of accounts structures, and close processes. The position supports accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and operational efficiency while enabling strategic initiatives such as system implementations, process standardization, and business integrations. The individual will act as a subject matter expert in ERP/financial systems and accounting operations, partnering closely with regional accounting/finance teams, IT, and business leaders to drive process optimization, data integrity, and automation across the enterprise.
