We are seeking an experienced HR System Design Specialist to lead the strategy, design, configuration, testing, and optimization of HR technology platforms, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS solutions.
This role serves as the bridge between HR business stakeholders, product management, and technology teams, ensuring scalable solutions that drive business value and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives., Own end-to-end HR technology products and solutions
Lead SAP SuccessFactors configuration and optimization efforts
Document system architecture, business processes, and solution designs
Manage system enhancements, integrations, releases, and upgrades
Define testing strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on transformation initiatives
Support platform governance and continuous improvement efforts
Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams
Drive HR digital transformation and modernization programs
