Licenses/Certifications Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA) Required: GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS Strong network management and operations skills. Requires overall awareness of cloud and compute and storage environments, the industry, vendor management, operations management and ITIL. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Cisco network technologies, ensuring secure and efficient operations through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Lead and develop the Technology Network team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture. Utilize data and metrics to guide decision-making, track KPIs, review SLAs, and continuously improve network performance and project outcomes. Ensure network security and compliance by developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry regulations. Manage the Technology Network budget and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and successful contract negotiations.
