Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. ## Description As a pivotal leader within the IT Infrastructure Group, you will serve as the Principal Enterprise Lead for the global MSI Active Directory environment and its critical integration ecosystem. We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our AD space. In this role, you will not only direct the technical roadmap for our directory and email backbone but also lead a team of engineers providing guidance for day to day operations. This is a high-visibility position requiring a unique blend of deep technical mastery, architectural foresight, and people-focused leadership. Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations: Technical Leadership & Solution Implementation: * Active Directory Stewardship: Direct the architecture, security, and maintenance of the enterprise AD environment. * PKI Infrastructure: Architect and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise PKI and RADIUS environments. * Directory Integrations: Oversee complex integrations between AD and third-party systems. * Email Backbone Management: Own the global SMTP relay infrastructure and email routing protocols. * Mail Flow Integrity: Ensure high availability and security for cross-platform directory infrastructure. M&A Strategy & Execution * Lead the IT integration team in executing technical strategies to achieve key milestones aligned with business goals. * Orchestrate timely and effective communication across all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the integration lifecycle. * Direct the end-to-end integration process, including employee onboarding into MSI systems, email migrations, and domain transitions. * Utilize deep technical acumen to bridge the gap between IT and business units, guiding non-technical teams through seamless transitions.
