Location & Travel * Remote within the United States. * Ability to work Eastern Time business hours. * Occasional travel for leadership meetings, company events, and strategic initiatives. ## Description Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of Information Technology is DanceOne's most senior technology leader - a hands-on "mini-CTO/CIO" responsible for setting and executing technology strategy across a global, highly decentralized live-events business. You will own a broad, fast-growing technology environment that spans commercial platforms - Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Planful, Ramp, FloQast, Salesforce, ADP, Atlassian/Jira, Monday.com, Snowflake, and AWS, among others - alongside proprietary, in-house platforms for event registration, media distribution, and content production. Today, that environment includes overlapping tools, manual and spreadsheet-driven workflows, fragmented approvals and reporting, and inconsistent data quality. Your mandate is to bring strategy, structure, integration, and trustworthy data to the entire organization.
