## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
 * At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

 * At least 4 years of experience in development and maintenance with TIBCO BW, EMS, BC.
 * At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design, Development)
 * Experience in Oracle DB, Unix Commands / Scripts
 * Experience in healthcare domain
 * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
 * Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
 * Strong Analytical skills to analyze critical production situations and come up with suggestions to resolve issues.
 * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment is must.
