Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, We are a growing fast paced sporting goods brand. Our products are focused on baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, football and more. We are looking for a qualified and motivated product support specialist that has a good sporting goods background as well as great customer support experience., * Experience using Microsoft office products: outlook, excel, word, ups shipping software

* Inbound phone/email support: assisting calls/emails on product setup, missing parts, rma's, warranties, and general customer support inquiries
 * Creating RMA/warranty tracking support tickets and processing outbound parts shipments
 * Order sales support
 * Inventory management
 * Data entry
