Do you have experience in Training & development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

 * 5+ years Sitecore experience, Sitecore 10 preferred
 * XM Cloud/SitecoreAI experience
 * Experience working with headless Sitecore architecture
 * Knowledge of CDP, Personalize, OrderCloud
 * Sitecore knowledge: Sitecore Templates, API's, SXA, JSS, Helix guidelines, Renderings, Sitecore marketing capabilities
 * Strong experience with search and indexing technologies, preferably Sitecore Search, Coveo for Sitecore and Solr
 * DevOps experience, specifically creating CI/CD pipelines; and utilizing tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Docker
 * Experience training other developers

## Description

* Lead development team to ensure following Sitecore best practices
 * Assist in estimating new projects and define scopes
 * Work with the business team to understand functional requirements and translate that into technical requirements
 * Help mentor developers with the current and latest technologies used
 * Help maintain current continuous integration and continuous delivery for development, QA and live websites
