This role ensures systems are accurately configured, regularly updated, and optimised to support organisational needs, with a strong focus on data quality, system development, and insightful analysis. Working closely with the Global HR Support team and HR focal points across country programmes, the role supports effective system use, drives continuous improvement, and ensures data integrity across the organisation.
