EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field of study, or relevant equivalent work-related education/experience. EXPERIENCE: Assist in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of VMware vSphere environments. Support Pure Storage systems including provisioning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. Perform routine Windows Server tasks including patching, user management, and basic troubleshooting. Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and upgrades. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure alerts as needed. Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies, especially in healthcare-related contexts. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi). Hands-on experience with Pure Storage or similar enterprise storage platforms. Basic understanding of Windows Server administration. Familiarity with networking concepts and tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
