## About the Role

* Experience supporting a 365, 24/7 help desk environment

 * HS Diploma, GED, or Similar

 * Comfortable managing and working within ticketing systems

 * Team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on more

 * Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership and gets things done

Proven ability to handle tickets while staying calm and effective under pressure Service Now Experience

## Description

* Monitor system cycles, scheduled jobs, and overnight processes to ensure everything runs successfully

 * Use Control-M:

 * Monitor job runs

 * Identify failures or delays

 * Escalate issues when jobs fail or alerts trigger

 * Respond to internal IT tickets, which may range from very few to high volume depending on the night

 * Troubleshoot basic scheduling or operational issues and route more complex problems to the appropriate teams

 * Monitor mainframe and infrastructure alerts, escalating as needed

 * Perform operational tasks such as:

 * Printing and handling scheduled output

 * Pulling and managing printers or print jobs

 * Running and organizing cabling within the computer room

 * Support the server and application teams with basic operational tasks and incident response

 * Make outbound calls to vendors or service providers when issues require external support

 * Document issues, actions taken, and hand-off notes for the incoming shift
