* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
 * 4+ years of experience in software testing within a Linux environment
 * Experience with Python, C, or C++
 * Experience with embedded systems testing and verification
 * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging
 * Experience executing manual and automated test cases
 * Ability to work onsite in Portage, MI four days per week, * Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices
 * Familiarity with Yocto Linux or custom OS environments
 * Experience with JAMA, DOORS, Jira, or similar tools
 * Knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
 * Understanding of SDLC, validation, and verification processes

## Description

* Support embedded software verification and validation activities
 * Execute manual and automated test protocols
 * Analyze test results and assist with defect debugging/resolution
 * Perform OS updates and system bring-up activities
 * Collaborate with embedded and OS development teams for integration testing
 * Develop and maintain test scripts using Python, C/C++, or MATLAB
