They will integrate people, processes, and technology to establish a scalable digital ecosystem that supports excellence across all project phases. This role ensures BIM and design technology standards are consistent, intuitive, and aligned with long-term firm strategy. Reporting to the Principals and working in close partnership with IT and BIM Support leadership, this role drives the strategic evolution of RMW's digital practice, including design technology adoption, automation, visualization, and data-driven workflows. As the firm advances its capabilities in data, AI, and automation, this position provides leadership in defining governance, implementation strategy, and operational integration of these systems. This is a Hybrid Position with periodic travel to other RMW office locations.
