Do you have experience in Technology budget management?, * 8+ years of Project Management experience

 * 3+ years in the financial industry with exposure to Global Markets (Sales Trading) & capital Markets
 * 5+ years managing large cross-functional software development programs
 * Experience delivering enterprise technology projects using Agile methodologies
 * Strong budget management and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, or emerging technology initiatives
 * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
 * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools

Preferred Experience

 * Financial Services or Banking industry experience
 * Exposure to Global Markets, Sales & Trading environments
 * Experience with cloud-based and microservices platforms
 * Familiarity with enterprise change management and release governance processes
 * Experience supporting regulatory and compliance-driven programs

Certifications

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Generative AI (GenAI) platform initiative supporting Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Quantitative Strategies, Research, and Operations teams in the BFSI space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale software development programs, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines in a financial services environment., * Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery

 * Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers
 * Track budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables
 * Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership
 * Facilitate status meetings and provide executive-level reporting
 * Identify project risks/issues and drive resolution plans
 * Manage change requests and communicate business impacts
 * Ensure compliance with internal governance, release management, and regulatory requirements
 * Support audit, risk, and regulatory reporting activities
