## About the Role

Do you have experience in Online database candidate sourcing?, * Strong communication skills;

 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
 * Comfortable sourcing Candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach; and
 * Organized and detail-oriented.

Previous recruiting or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

## Description

We are seeking motivated and self-driven Independent Recruiters to support client company hiring needs., * Source Client companies that need recruiting services (list of leads provided);

 * Source and identify qualified Candidates for open roles;
 * Conduct initial Candidate outreach and screening;
 * Submit qualified Candidates to open roles;
 * Coordinate interviews as needed;
 * Maintain organized communication pipelines;
 * Manage recruiting activity independently; and
 * Submit Candidate to Client company.

Tools and Support Provided

 * Access to ATS system (Candidate and Client tracking);
 * Company email;
 * Company VoIP phone number;
 * Indeed access for posting roles;
 * Leads of Client companies; and
 * Shared documents drive containing processes and needed information.
