Certifications: * AWS Certified Database Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect (preferred). Skills: * Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS) and PostgreSQL. * Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. * Experience with vector databases (e.g., OpenSearch, pgvector, Pinecone). * Understanding of data security, privacy, and disaster recovery. * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ## Description Our synergetic Ethos IT Team is growing and seeking a full-time Data Architect (REMOTE) to lead the modernization of our enterprise data environment. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based data architecture, transitioning from on-prem systems to AWS, and enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities across the organization. Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking Data Architect who thrives on modernizing data environments and building scalable, cloud-based solutions.
