## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in VPN management?, * Someone passionate about technology

 * The ability to think quickly and act swiftly
 * A positive attitude, * Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
 * Basic Knowledge of OSX, * CompTIA A+ and Network+ are a plus
 * CompTIA A+ required after 90 days of employment
 * Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment
 * Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software
 * Any other industry standard certifications
 * Valid driver's license and personal car
 * Background check and pre-employment screening
 * Possibility of onsite work when on-call

## Description

* Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues, ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration
 * Assist with VPN client configuration
