Hands-on expertise managing mixed-OS environments - Windows (Active Directory, Intune or SCCM), macOS (Intune or Jamf), and Linux (Intune for Ubuntu/RHEL). Proven experience designing and implementing a security and compliance program - including endpoint protection, IAM, MFA, SIEM, and vulnerability management. Solid network engineering fundamentals: LAN/WAN architecture, firewall management, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi infrastructure at office scale. Demonstrated experience driving business process automation using tools such as Rippling or custom scripting to reduce manual IT overhead. Track record of building or restructuring an IT function during a period of organizational growth, not just maintaining an existing one. DESIRABLE Any of the following will strengthen your application: Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks. Familiarity with Zero Trust network architecture principles. Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and systems management. Background in a technology company or hardware/semiconductor environment. Experience managing IT for a distributed or international workforce. ## Description Lead device management rollout across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, enforcing consistent configuration, patching, and compliance across the fleet. Define and implement a security and compliance framework covering access control, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and incident response aligned to industry best practices. Redesign and optimize network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and segmentation to support a growing headcount and increasingly distributed workforce. Identify and drive business process automation opportunities - streamlining IT workflows, onboarding/offboarding, SaaS provisioning, and cross-departmental processes using appropriate tooling. Hire, mentor, and build out the IT team from scratch, establishing support tiers, escalation processes, and a culture of proactive rather than reactive IT operations.
