As a Support Analyst, you will perform end-user troubleshooting, maintenance of computer assets, Wi-Fi, antivirus platforms, AV equipment, basic Active Directory administration and management of applicable projects. You will need to be comfortable working on laptops running Windows and MacOS, virtual machines, mobile devices, VoIP endpoints and connected networks. This role is great for someone with a broad knowledge of end-user technologies and willing to expand their knowledge in a team centric professional environment. Your Pay The minimum starting pay for this role is $25.00/hr plus bonuses that are tied to a multitude of organizational benchmarks set forth annually. Pay will be determined by skills, qualifications and experience.
