## Description

The IT Service Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for end users, providing high-quality technical support via phone and live chat in a 24x7 environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurately documenting tickets, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware, software, and systems to achieve high first-contact resolution., * Deliver front-line IT support through phone and chat with a customer-first approach.

 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues; escalate when required.
 * Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
 * Manage multiple requests concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
 * Collaborate with team members and adhere to IT policies and procedures.
 * Support continuous improvement by identifying process or automation opportunities.
