We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to learning as workflows evolve. ## Description We don't design in decks - we build. The People team partners closely with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to bring automation, agentic workflows, and modern tooling directly into day-to-day HR operations. YOU ARE: A hands-on builder who knows how to turn defined workflows into working automations. You may come from a technical background and gravitated toward HR - or from People Ops and taught yourself to build. Either path works. What matters is that you can take a workflow spec, move fast, and deliver something that runs. You're comfortable using AI tools as part of how you build, not just how you write. You like shipping MVPs, iterating with feedback, and seeing your work have visible impact for real users.
