Previous teaching/training and project management is a plus. * Epic certification required or experience in the Epic billing module known as Resolute. (Epic certification is required within 6 months from employment.) * Solid comprehension of billing practices and the ability to work with patients and payers to resolve issues. * Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills required to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts. * Strong skills in PC desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires occasional after-hours support. Requirements: * This is a hybrid position and must be willing to work in the office two days a week. Required: * Bachelor's or Associate Degree or have acquired 1 to 3 years of equivalent experience. * LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards. Preferred: * Bachelor's/Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Information, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field. ## Description In this role, the successful candidate for the Clinical Application analyst will be responsible for regular day-to-day communication, troubleshooting, software design, build and testing for the Epic Hospital Billing system known as Resolute. Primary role is researching and seeking solutions to problems and contributes to improving workflow and processes.
