TruAmerica participates in employment eligibility verification as required by law. ## Description The People Operations Systems Coordinator supports a team of two serving approximately 120 colleagues across 16 states and 30 markets. This is a technical execution role focused on systems administration and workflow automation. The Coordinator absorbs recurring configuration, automation, and process-execution work, allowing People Operations leadership to focus on strategy, compliance, and complex matters. This role reports to the Chief People Officer., * Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows that support People Operations processes. * Develop in a test environment and advance to production ownership only after demonstrated accuracy and review. Reporting and Analytics * Build, not merely read, reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel. * Construct structured workbooks with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables to support People Operations metrics, audits, and leadership reporting. AI-Assisted Workflows * Operate approved AI-assisted tools, including Claude and other AI platforms, at a human approval gate. * Support assisted workflows without autonomous execution.
