 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 * This role involves supporting a high-visibility, mission-critical system
 * Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment, * Experience supporting enterprise-level or multi-user systems
 * Exposure to public sector, government, or justice-related systems
 * Experience working with systems shared across multiple agencies
 * Familiarity with SQL/databases and reporting tools
 * Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
 * Background in production support environments with direct user interaction, * web application development or application support: 3 years (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer to support the enhancement, maintenance, and ongoing development of a large-scale, enterprise web application used by multiple public-sector agencies. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative Agile team environment focused on critical, data-driven systems., * Support a mission-critical web application used across multiple agencies

 * Perform analysis, development, testing, and debugging for enhancements and bug fixes
 * Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business users to gather and validate requirements
 * Work through backlog items, user stories, and application improvements
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a production environment
 * Assist with application maintenance and support activities
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
 * Support system documentation, testing processes, and issue resolution tracking
 * Provide occasional end-user support and interaction
 * Assist with reporting and batch process support as needed
