Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, * Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals

 * Software/Hardware Refreshes, Imaging, deployment,
 * Software installs, setup, and troubleshooting Windows systems & data migration
 * Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 * Familiarity with account management through Active Directory and NTFS permissions
 * Asset and ticket management systems including inventory tracking, imaging, and wiping assets
 * Foundational understanding of computer networking and IP address
