## Description

Seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to provide onsite technical support for end-user computing, networking, audio-visual systems, and conference room technologies. This role supports daily IT operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance while ensuring system reliability, security, and business continuity. Responsibilities:

 * Provide onsite support for End User Computing (EUC), PCs, Mac devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
 * Perform network patching, basic network troubleshooting, and smart hands support for infrastructure teams.
 * Support Audio Visual (AV) systems, conference rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) technologies.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
 * Deliver Level 2 Help Desk Support, user training, and technical guidance.
 * Execute system testing, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.
 * Assist with IT security, data protection, and compliance initiatives.
 * Document operational processes, support activities, and system changes.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
